Implementation and Training Includes:

• Credentialing of Physician numbers with the Clearinghouse
• Prior to go-live the IBS implementation team will test all transactions from the IBS billing software to the Clearinghouse to insure compliance.
• IBS will transfer all existing balances from the previous billing service. There will be no charge from IBS for monies received for prior balances.
• Client will be set up for electronic remittance
• The IBS billing team will set up all codes and fee schedules in the IBS billing software
• 100% follow up on all aged claims
• Training is the cornerstone to providing great service. The IBS trainers are committed to providing in depth training for our clients so that they have a full understanding of the IBS software and are comfortable with their knowledge and use of the system.

The goal during implementation and set up is to make sure that there is no interruption in the billing cycle.

Our client’s data is stored in a state of the art N+1 redundant facility and is monitored 24x7x365 by the IBS technical support team. The IBS technical support team maintains HIPAA compliancy by monitoring firewalls, data encryption, backup and password protection for our customers.
